They make a 70oz. and a 100oz. pack but the 50 oz. in the most practical in my opinion for half day hike and longer bike rides. If you haven't used a hydration pack, then you be pleasantly surprised how lightweight they are. More importantly you'll love the fact you can wet your whistle on demand.
