Inspired by a post on Gentlemint (the men's version of Pinterest), I rightfully convinced myself that this was a breakfast I could handle without screwing up. This morning the execution went without any bumps in the road and Bacon Pancakes were enjoyed by the entire family. They ended up resembling footballs, so we created a new name for them; Football Pancakes. I took some photos (above) and they are indeed as tasty as they look. No directions or instructions to follow. Just cook the bacon, then pour on the batter. One piece of advice however, clear most of, not all, the grease from the griddle before adding the batter.
